Key Responsibilities for the Account Manager
Manage and develop strong relationships with assigned customers
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and production teams
Lead contract renewals and pricing negotiations
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
Monitor order progress and ensure timely delivery
Provide technical support and liaison with internal experts
Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
Provide regular performance reports to senior management
Desired Skills & Experience for the Account Manager
Experience in Electronics Manufacturing and/or Supply Chain Solutions (EMS/SCaaS)
Proven track record in account management and business development
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Strong negotiation and contract management skills
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
Willingness to travel across England for customer meetings
Technical background in electronics, PCB assembly, manufacturing and supply chain solutions
Experience working with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers
