Role Profile
Exciting CRM Executive position available to join our Marketing team in Chester.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver email and app push campaigns, for multiple customer segments, using Automation Studio, Journey Builder and Mobile Studio in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
2. Build and maintain automated multi-channel journeys, for multiple customer segments, using SQL, Automation Studio and Journey Builder logic.
3. Conduct A/B testing to optimise conversion rates and other important metrics.
4. Create, deploy and maintain landing pages for customer promotions.
5. Manage various testing programmes designed to optimise and improve campaigns and triggered journeys.
6. Campaign reporting – identifying insights in the performance data to make improvements to campaigns and journeys.

The CRM Executive will also have responsibility for the CRM team’s administrative duties, including the setup of customer promotions.

Your role includes identifying, sharing, and spreading best practices throughout the business and demonstrating excellent teamwork.
