Qualifications
* You will need to hold a City & Guilds/NVQ/SVQ or equivalent qualification
* A good understanding of nutrition
* Experience working with fresh seasonal food
* The ability to engage with residents and create appetising and nutritious menus
* A good understanding of HACCP
