A passionate SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) is required to support various temporary roles within a network of specialist schools across East Sussex. The role involves supporting learners across primary and secondary phases, working on a 1:1 basis, in small groups, or leading intervention sessions. The role starts ASAP, with both part-time and full-time hours available. The schools have a strong community ethos, ensuring every child feels valued and supported. Learners are of mixed abilities, including SEN, with around 70 pupils enrolled at each site. The schools follow a broad and balanced curriculum, and academic attainment is above the national average.
