Job Description
RESPONSIBLE FOR: Responsibility for the Operation, Implementation and Standards of Haute World Operations.
Operations Manager is required to exercise discretion regularly and customarily in managing the overall operation. You will be expected to use your logical, strategic and management skills to help drive sales, efficiency, labour costs and performance while implementing company standards.
Working together with New Store Openings, Company Projects, Head Office & Regional Teams
Key Responsibilities
Including but not limited to the following:
To work with key stake holders to drive sales, profit, standards, and capability across the business.
To implement the correct training and procedures in new stores by deploying an agreed and established Openings Team
To take action when stores become at risk in any area (from sales to customer service, labour, and kitchen procedure) and arrange for additional hiring or refresher training
Set goals and objectives for managers, franchisees & store teams
Mentor store management team/franchisees within the area to achieve high standards
Manage with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of Haute Dolci.
Drive the implementation of the company programs by motivating and guiding managers, store teams & franchisees within the area to develop and implement SMART action plans that meet operational and organisational objectives.
Constantly review store, business environment and key business indicators to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement in order to provide coaching to franchisees
To take action and achieve operational goals.
Utilise existing tools and reports to identify and prioritise communications and filters communication to store teams.
Communicate clearly, concisely, and accurately in order to ensure effective operations at business level.
Constantly monitor and manage area wide KPI’s
Regularly utilise and manage management information tools and analyses financial reports to identify and address trends and issues in store & business performance.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with Head Office Teams, Franchisees, Store Managers and team members in the area by understanding and addressing individual motivation, needs and concerns.
