Working alongside the leadership team, you will be key to the day-to-day management of the distribution centre. You will: Carry out physical and system-based stock management Regularly reprofile stockholdings to create stock efficiencies Handle vehicle glass in accordance with Health & Safety guidelines Be proactive in developing and maintaining safe, effective and efficient processes through all aspects of stock management Delivery of glass Role Requirements This is a role for a great communicator who enjoys being at the heart of an efficient, fast-paced environment. You will need: A Full UK driving licence essential A passion for customer service Adaptability and motivation An eye for detail and quality Self-motivated, with the ability to work within a team or individually Continuous improvement mindset Understanding of Gemba Kaizen/5S awareness
