WHAT YOULL DO
1. Provide support to Account Brokers in the onboarding of new clients, and overall servicing of our clients insurance policies and retention of the business.
2. Creation of client records on the data system, and processing of mid-term adjustments and renewals
3. Preparation and issuance of client invoices for new business, renewals, or adjustments.
4. Creation of client documentation and quote / renewal packs in conjunction with the Account Brokers.
5. Assist with client queries over email and via phone.
6. Money and Bad Debt Chasers to clients.
HOW YOULL BE SUCCESSFUL
7. Maintain effective and compliant client and broker records.
8. Achieve and strive to exceed financial targets and supporting the group activities.
9. Effective use of software including Acturis and third-party websites including those for e-trading and managing finance agreements.
10. Achievement of objectives, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets
11. Completion of mandatory training and CPD
12. Feedback from customers, stakeholders, and colleagues
13. Demonstrating and evidencing our values and behaviours
WHAT YOULL NEED
14. Previous admin or basic account handler experience.
15. Strong communication skills both verbally and written
16. Basic use of word-processing/e-mail/intranet and internet
17. Basic/intermediate use of spreadsheets and databases
18. Typing and keyboard skills
19. Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy in data entry
20. Ability to effectively manage your own time and prioritise a busy work load.
