Job title: Performance Marketing Creative Lead / Campaign Manager

The Performance Marketing Creative Lead must have a passion for creating, delivering and optimising outstanding integrated performance marketing campaigns for world class luxury automotive brands.
A newly created role, the Performance Marketing UK Market Creative Lead is expected to be a hybrid copywriter & designer, who will work closely with the Performance Marketing Lead and Integrated Planner to ensure the performance creative is aligned and integrated across the business.
The role requires a dynamic personality, able to respond quickly, working with an agile mindset. Empowered to deliver, working in partnership with the UK Creative Director and wider creative team, it requires an equal balance of brand guardianship, ensuring all communications align with the client's Modern Luxury Codes, whilst supporting the commercial priorities of the UK market clients.
You will also be involved in the approval of creative and production briefs based on media plans, defining target audience and customer journey. From developing creative ideas based on globally approved assets, to creating market specific assets, all output must deliver effective results, and is continually optimised based on agreed performance metrics.
Typical projects include:
* Brand campaign adaptation for UK digital paid media channels, i.e. print, display, paid social, and owned channels including CRM, website, and retargeting.
* Product & tactical campaign creation and adaptation for UK paid media channels, i.e. print, display, paid social, and owned channels including CRM, website, and retargeting.
* Retail campaigns, including service, MOT and used cars. Involves campaign and Retailer template creation and adaptation for UK digital media channels, i.e. print, display, paid social, and owned channels including CRM, website, and retargeting.
Other requirements:
* Proven experience of delivering campaigns at an operational level.
* This position requires someone who can multitask, communicate effectively and efficiently deliver creative work, in brief, against timelines.
* The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and organised individual with a passion for creativity, building relationships and developing effective campaigns.
* Act as a brand guardian, immersing yourself in all product developments and be able to adapt to industry & technology trends and developments whilst working with client/other agencies.
* Articulate why the creative work is strategically sound & carefully thought through and be prepared to debate & defend these both internally and with clients in a way that is constructive, not confrontational.
* Working closely and collaboratively with all stakeholders.
* Understanding of key performance metrics to ensure campaign success. Understand and adopt the usage of internal tools and systems to ensure clear end-to-end processes are followed.
