An opportunity has arisen for a proactive and efficient Office Assistant / Receptionist to become a key team member in our busy construction firm.
Duties include:
1. General reception and office tasks
2. Receiving, distributing and recording emails
3. Typing documents and emails
4. Answering main telephone
5. Calculating figures accurately
6. Managing multiple filing systems
7. Keeping records up to date
8. Entering documents onto ledgers and databases
9. Stock picking and control
10. Other office duties as required
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year's office experience preferred but may suit a school graduate. Excellent IT and numeracy skills are essential, and the successful candidate will strive to ensure an organised and effective office.
The role offers an excellent opportunity to progress to greater management responsibilities.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday 8.45am to 4.45pm (37.5 hours)
