SEN Teaching Assistant role in a bespoke Specialist School supporting children aged 11-16 with SEMH needs, based in Berkeley, Gloucestershire.
We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team, supporting children with SEMH needs in a bespoke Specialist School.
The role involves:
* Providing support to children with SEMH needs in a classroom setting
* Assisting teachers with lesson planning and delivery
* Supporting children with their emotional and social development
* Working closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure a cohesive and effective support system
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience working with children with SEMH needs
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Salary: £20,941.30 - £22,835.30 per annum (dependent on experience) plus a £1000 welcome bonus.
Hours: 40 per week, term-time only.
