Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver engaging and inspirational customer service at every stage of the customer journey.
2. Use your product knowledge and sales training to drive sales and increase profits for the Partnership.
3. Put the customer at the heart of everything you do, proactively acknowledging and understanding their needs or resolving queries.
4. Support the wider team by working flexibly across the shop, including till support, stock replenishment, price ticketing, and shop-keeping tasks.
5. Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
6. Support accurate stock counts to help protect profits.
Essential skills/experience you'll need
* Basic IT literacy.
* Strong communication skills.
Desirable skills/experience you may have
* Experience in a customer-facing role (training provided if not).
* Merchandising and product display experience.
As a Customer Assistant, you'll ensure outstanding customer service and create memorable in-store experiences that differentiate us from competitors. You'll also maintain shop standards through displays, stock management, and cleanliness.
This role involves varied hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and early starts, across seven days a week.
