What you’ll own
You’ll be owning and managing a range of customer accounts, whereby you’ll nurture relationships and deliver an unrivalled level of customer service to drive renewal and sustained growth.
Primary responsibilities
* As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for an assigned group of customers, operating as the central point of contact, supporting, and helping with enquiries whilst proactively managing the account to ensure the activity delivers key objectives.
* You’ll serve as the customer expert responsible for understanding every facet of a customer's business including organisational structure, performance, business strategy, and key leadership.
* Create solutions for customers by having a full understanding of customers’ strategy, workflow, needs, and goals, and a comprehensive understanding of our business.
* You’ll prepare and deliver reporting packs, review sessions, and use insight to uncover activity trends, position back performance, and identify opportunities to improve service.
* Following meetings, you’ll write up meeting notes as well as manage action logs to expected deadlines.
* Coordinate and manage all customer-related activity with internal function heads and colleagues, including customer visits and solution implementation.
* Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
* The nature of the role requires ownership of difficult issues or dealing positively with a customer complaint and seeing it through to a positive and timely conclusion. You’ll operate with professionalism, thoroughness, and positivity at every interaction.
What will you bring to the role?
You’ll have experience in account management, as well as strong communication skills and a track record for coordinating and developing solutions that exceed expectations and deliver results.
As our brand ambassador, you’ll act as the voice of the business and your personable nature and passion will play a pivotal role in uncovering new opportunities as well as protecting existing ones.
You’ll also have:
* Experience within a sales or account management role.
* A commercial skillset across account management, relationship development, customer service, business development, project management, and negotiation.
* Strategic mindset with an ability to identify new opportunities and shape commercial approaches to operational changes.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with an appetite to learn.
* Competency in building your own presentations and creating MI packs.
* Confidence, clarity, empathy, and patience.
