Marketing Manager - Gloucester

This is a varied B2B marketing role and the successful candidate will be involved in creating content, brand management, events and social media. The ability to create high-quality presentation materials is a key element of this role.
Principle Objectives & Key Responsibilities:
* Provide creative design and production work to deliver marketing collateral and sales materials
* To support any sales and marketing initiatives as required â e.g. producing specific presentational materials as requested by sales, account management and wider colleagues
* To deliver marketing campaigns to include creation of content for social media release, capture of responses and monitoring measurement outcomes from pre-campaign success criteria
* To support the generation of marketing content across digital and physical platforms
* Brand management - to include visual branding of documents, presentations, marketing collateral and championing the company' s brand ethos. Help to ensure all colleagues are aware of, and maintain, agreed brand guidelines in all aspects of the working environment
* To deliver any market research initiatives identified by the business
* Demonstrates excellent numerical, written and design skills
* Creative flair with strong attention to detail
* Able to gather and understand business requirements using appropriate tools and techniques
* Ability to work on initiative with a keen sense of ownership
* Able to work with and produce reports using analysis tools
* Strong IT skills with previous experience in the below software:
o All core Microsoft software, e.g. Word, PowerPoint (Advanced), Excel, Outlook
o Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, Video creation software (an advantage) Education and Experience
* Experience in B2B marketing
