Join Our Team as Property Maintenance Coordinator!
We’re looking for a dynamic individual to join us in a newly created role that will be pivotal in supporting our staff members across remote Indigenous Communities.
Your Mission: Under the guidance of the Safety, Fleet, and Facilities Manager, you’ll provide a centralised maintenance service that ensures our ALPA-owned properties are managed economically and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Schedule planned maintenance and coordinate unplanned repairs for over 100 remote properties.
* Coordinate tradespeople for remote visits and obtain quotes for property improvements.
* Maintain strong relationships with site/store Managers.
* Collaborate with Divisional representatives and Finance team for maintenance issues and cost allocation.
* Manage purchasing, expenses, and assets.
* Support business units with purchasing decisions.
* Oversee Facilities Management for Darwin Support Office and leased facilities, including contractor management and maintenance coordination.

* Proficient written and oral communication
* Experience coordinating remote contractors
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

* Desirable: internal sales experience and remote work experience
