Overview: To provide administrative support to the Practice and assist with the daily operation of the office. Duties: · Support the day-to-day business operations. · Provide administration support to the wider team. · Liaise with Clients and Third Parties where necessary. · Ensure that files are kept up to date with all required documentation. · Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information; · Liaise with Head Office and Administration Centres as required. Requirements: · Previous experience in an office support role, ideally in financial services or related sector. · Comfortable with/experienced in using electronic (client) data systems. Hours: Monday - Thursday 09:00am - 17:00pm and Friday 09:00am - 13:00pm (32 hours per week) Please note that there is parking available.
