Job description
Working as part of the Sales team and working closely with the Head of Impulse, these would be some of your main responsibilities
1. Account management responsibility for route to market customers within the convenience sector including Booker, Costco & SPAR
2. Account management responsibility of key direct customers including BP and WH Smith Travel
3. Growing our share within managed convenience and symbols, working closely with route to markets and key end users
4. Identifying and opening new outlets and distribution points across the convenience and forecourt channel, with focus on core range
5. Increasing our visibility and driving trial and penetration within petrol forecourts
6. Supporting key end users with merchandising and planogram recommendations
7. Providing analysis and support to the grocery convenience channel i.e. Tesco Express, JS Local, etc
8. Working alongside wider Impulse team to develop and execute a cash & carry plan
9. Landing NPD and delivering against agreed distribution and sales targets
10. Full ownership of any relevant events and/or trade shows
11. Full P&L ownership which will include forecasting, budgeting, managing spend, agreeing a promotional plan, managing JBP’s and trade agreements
This role requires you to get stuck into/You will also take the lead in delivering against our commercial objectives, within managed convenience, symbols and petrol forecourts, whilst working in an innovative, fun, office environment.

16. Previous experience working within convenience and forecourts would be preferrable, particaurly with Booker
17. Strong understanding of category data, sources, cutting data, evaluating and delivering a compelling sales proposition
18. Competent in Powerpoint/Excel/Word
19. Hands on approach and real go getter
20. Ideally educated to Degree level
21. Happy to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in!
