Our role in a nutshell
* Taking ownership of our Professional Services Automation (PSA) tool:
-Working with the PSA Customer Success Manager to ensure we are utilising the tool to its maximum benefit.
-Overseeing upgrades and support tickets.
-Ensuring data is up to date and accurate.
-Becoming a PSA super user.
* Ensuring our core systems are integrating as expected and managing change of those systems/integration or replacing systems.
* Managing existing ISOs (27001, 9001, 45003,14001) and obtaining new ISO accreditations.
* Identifying and delivering operational improvements including automation.
* Supporting compliance across the different functional areas (e.g. Client Operations, Legal, HR, Talent Acquisition) including data accuracy, contractual management, IR35.
* Managing supplier management compliance.
About the Candidate:
* Understanding of a commercial business, preferably professional services
* Experience of managing ISO compliance
* High attention to detail
* Ability to project manage initiatives from start to finish
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills
* Self organisation and being able to work with minimal supervision
