Job Description
3. Overseeing end-to-end payroll processes for the organisation.
4. Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently and accurately.
5. Collaborating with the HR department to ensure correct employee data.
6. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge on payroll tax laws and regulations.
7. Resolving payroll discrepancies promptly and providing payroll information when required.
8. Preparing reports for both internal and external use.
9. Assisting with audits and regulatory inspections.
10. Participating in payroll system upgrades and testing.
The Successful Applicant
11. A solid understanding of payroll and be confident with the duties listed above.
12. Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
13. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
14. The ability to handle confidential information.
What's on Offer
Salary up to £30,000 per annum + permanent role + hybrid working model + excellent benefits package + free on site parking + 23 days annual leave (this will increase with service) + supportive and collaborative working environment.
