Service Transition Analyst
Worcester based with a balance of home and office working
GBP 36,680 : GBP 38,611 per year
35 hours per week : Monday to Friday
We are seeking a Service Transition Analyst to join our Service Transition team based in Worcester. This job sits within Technology which is responsible for delivering technology capability within Sanctuary Group to ensure employees have access to the systems they need to perform their duties.
As Service Transition Analyst you will assist with the effective and efficient delivery of the service design and transition process, from the stage where a project is fully owned by a project team, through transition, to service management where business:as:usual support services are delivered by Technology Operations.
The role of Service Transition Analyst will include:

Analysing, reacting to and providing high quality management information and risk mitigation recommendations to the Group Director of Technology and Senior Management
:
Supporting the development and maintenance of appropriate tools and best practice processes to aid the effective delivery and coordination of service transition
:
Supporting the implementation of quality assurance practices and processes for transition of services from projects into business:as:usual for Technology Operations
:
Developing and managing effective relationships with key stakeholders to ensure service transition is compliant and in line with business needs
Skills and experiences:
:
Degree, management qualification or relevant professional qualification
:
Recent experience of undertaking a similar role
:
Proven experience of transitioning services, including for medium to large scale projects/programmes with an understanding of a full project life cycle
:
Proven experience of working to deadlines and prioritising workloads, both for self and others
:
Proven experience in analysing and diagnosing problems and implementing effective solutions.

Occasional travel may be requirement of the role, therefore a full valid driving licence is essential
