A well-respected specialist school near Bromley is looking for a Behaviour Mentor to support children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The students range between 10 and 16 years old, facing challenges including trauma, anxiety, OCD, and behavioural issues. The school needs an Intervention and Pastoral Assistant who will be a consistent role model, committed to building strong relationships, empathetic, and ready for a challenge! The school is located in a beautiful area of Bromley and has on-site parking.
The ideal Behaviour Mentor must be open-minded, resilient, and knowledgeable about mental health. The perfect candidate will have experience with SEN children and/or adults in any setting. Graduates in Psychology, Criminology, or Counselling are encouraged to apply.

Salary: £105 - £115 per day, Mon-Fri, 8.30am-4pm
Excellent on-site education and training, support, and CPD provided to ensure safeguarding of all students.
