Job Description
* Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate standards and regulatory requirements.
* Manage the Accounts Payable team, fostering a positive work environment.
* Streamline and implement new work processes for the accounts payable department.
* Ensure timely payment of invoices and maintain accurate financial records.
* Prepare and present financial reports for management.
* Collaborate with other finance team members to support overall department goals and objectives.
* Train and mentor junior staff members.
* Adhere to company policies and procedures.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Payable Supervisor should have:
* A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
* Proven experience in a supervisor role within an Accounts Payable department.
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
* Excellent leadership abilities and team management skills.
* Proficiency in using financial software and MS Office.
