Doorbars are seeking a proactive and organised office administrator to join our team.
Doorbars Chartered Surveyors is the oldest Chartered Surveying business established in Worcester City. Doorbars offer a wide range of professional services including farm and land sales, residential and commercial sales, property management, valuations, homebuyer surveys, planning advice, and agricultural environmental schemes.
We are a small, happy team with three Chartered Surveyors, a part-time secretary and an office administrator who is leaving, therefore the opportunity has arisen to find a new office administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Answering the telephone and taking messages
2. Replying to emails on behalf of colleagues
3. Typing of professional reports working from a template
4. Overseeing office supplies
5. Assisting with property management
6. Assisting with bookkeeping (for the right candidate)
7. Excellent IT skills
8. Communicate well with others
9. Good attention to detail
10. Agricultural knowledge (would be helpful)
Hours:
We are looking for an office administrator to work 4-5 days a week. Doorbars can be flexible with working hours, to fit around school hours for the right candidate. The candidate is expected to work from Doorbars office in Worcester and not work from home.
Our office opening hours are 8:30-5pm Monday – Friday. Off-road parking is available.
