We're seeking a skilled Chef to join our team on a full-time basis, working 40 hours per week. As a Chef, you'll be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food that delights our clients and customers.
Here's an overview of the role:
* Preparing delicious, high-quality food that meets our clients' and customers' expectations
* Overseeing and implementing menu changes to ensure consistency and quality
* Identifying opportunities to improve our food services and implementing changes
* Listening and acting on customer feedback to consistently improve our food services
* Supporting with the creation of new menus and creative food concepts
* Representing the company and maintaining a positive brand image
* Monitoring inventories to keep our kitchens well-stocked
* Overseeing kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards
* Complying with Food Handling, Hygiene and Health and Safety regulations
Our ideal candidate will have:
* A passion for great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
* A City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent qualification
* Experience supervising a team
* Experience in a similar Chef role
* A Food Hygiene certificate
* A flexible approach to working
