We are looking for healthcare assistants to assist in the direct care of all aspects of a client’s assessed needs
9. Complete any training that is given
10. Carefully read the care plan and be aware of an individual’s needs. Care plans and visit details are reviewed on the app, so you can be safe in the knowledge that you are providing the best possible support
11. Correctly and honestly write and complete reports
12. Work one shift every other weekend
13. Provide emotional and social support
14. Uphold dignity, respect, independence, and confidentiality
15. Assist in personal care such as washing, dressing, personal hygiene, medication etc…
16. Assist in nutrition/hydration needs, such as preparing meals and drinks; assisting those unable to feed themselves; ensuring each client received the meals/ diets they have requested/ are suitable for their needs
17. Assist with mobility difficulties, including the appropriate use of equipment such as hoist and standing aids
18. Ensure Community Lifeline runs smoothly by clearly communicating and liaising with the appropriate office staff regarding your attendance, travelling, and responsibilities

Pay:
28. Salary from £13.10 to £13.85 per hour inclusive of Discretionary Bonus
29. Paid holidays
30. You will be paid a separate rate on bank holidays
31. Special Rate on Christmas Day
