Key Responsibilities
* Write SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyse data from various sources (databases, APIs, spreadsheets, etc.).
* Map, clean, and process data to ensure consistency and accuracy.
* Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends and recommend master data management improvements.
* Develop reports and data visualizations using Power BI.
* Create and maintain solution and data-flow diagrams to support governance and documentation.
* Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards such as GDPR.
* Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure data accessibility
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in BI, Data Analysis, or Reporting, preferably in financial services.
* Proven experience in data analysis across at least two large-scale HR system replacement projects involving data migration (ideally SAP SuccessFactors and Sage People).
* Strong expertise in SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI preferred).
* Hands-on experience working with data across the Hire to Retire value stream.
* Ability to work with large datasets, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Understanding of data security, GDPR compliance, and best practices in data governance.

* Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300)
* Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals (DP-900)
