Responsibilities:
1. Deliver & Install: Safely transport and professionally install office furniture in commercial buildings, meeting client expectations.
2. Flexible Schedule: Some days will be a mix of deliveries and installations, while others will focus solely on one or the other.
3. Customer Service: Represent the company on-site with a positive attitude, providing top-notch service and aftercare where needed.
4. Warehouse Support: Pick and prepare orders, assist with goods in/out, and ensure timely dispatch.
5. Operational Excellence: Help maintain a safe, organised warehouse and improve systems to reduce errors.
6. Troubleshooting: Handle any service callouts, ensuring customer issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
Experience: Practical knowledge of installations and logistics.
Skills: Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to troubleshoot on-site.
Licence: Full UK driving licence required (forklift licence is a bonus!).
Personality: Energetic, flexible, and committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Location: Bristol-based with travel to commercial client sites UK wide.
Hours: Mon-Fri, 45 hours/week - flexibility required.
Salary: £32,000.
