Role: E-Commerce Manager Salary: Upon Application Location: Harrow Hours: Full time (8:30am to 5:00pm), Monday to Friday Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement web marketing strategies to drive online sales growth and position our clients organisation as a digital leader. Team Development: Lead and mentor the e-commerce team, fostering growth and continuous learning. Technical Oversight: Manage platform development and maintenance to ensure scalability and alignment with growth objectives. SEO & Digital Marketing: Lead SEO efforts and digital campaigns to boost site visibility and attract qualified traffic. Customer Experience: Resolve order and customer-related issues, ensuring a seamless user experience. Data-Driven Strategy: Analyse performance data to optimise sales and user experience. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with our clients sites to integrate systems, enhance logistics, and expand markets. Product Line Expansion: Partner with product teams to align offerings with customer needs and market trends. Project Management: Lead key projects, including data migration, supporting digital transformation. Strategic Integration: Ensure e-commerce strategies align with overall corporate goals. Required Skills & Experience for the role: Proven experience in E-commerce management, digital marketing, and online sales growth strategies, with a strong understanding of B2B online sales. Strong leadership and team development skills, with a focus on mentoring. Excellent numerical and data analysis abilities to inform strategic decisions. Advanced Excel skills, with experience in e-commerce platforms, CRMs, and databases. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail. Experience integrating e-commerce platforms and optimising logistics processes. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or marketing, with a strategic understanding of e-commerce. Adaptable, self-motivated, and eager to contribute to long-term business success. Experience in developing B2B websites, driving online sales, and running marketing campaigns. Skilled in using customer feedback to enhance the website and user experience. Knowledge of SEO and advanced tactics for keyword optimisation and content creation. Candidates must hold the full rights to live and work in the UK.
