What skills and experience we're looking for
Kenilworth Multi-Academy Trust (KMAT) is a growing organisation and is currently made up of two schools, with an expectation to include further schools in the future.
This is a senior appointment to provide leadership and management of KMAT’s HR operations. We are looking for a forward-looking professional with significant strategic HR expertise, to provide a vision and deliver a high level of service across the KMAT. Ideally you will have a familiarity in education sector, though this is not an essential requirement.
The Role
To provide strategic and technical leadership of KMAT’s HR operations in accordance with the ‘7 Nolan Principles of Public Life’, ensuring the overall HR management of the Trust and its academies is effective, and sustainable.
The post-holder will lead, manage and drive consistent HR services across all academies and is accountable to the CEO of the Trust.
To contribute fully as a key member of the Trust Leadership Team to the development of the Trust’s strategy across all areas of the business, bringing a holistic viewpoint to discussions and facilitating decision making, as appropriate.
