Paramount Personnel are recruiting for an experienced housekeeping supervisor, to join its client, an award winning Hotel in the Scottish Highlands.
Reporting directly to the housekeeping manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards are met with regards to housekeeping duties. As housekeeping supervisor, you will work closely with the manager, to ensure the smooth running of the housekeeping department, whilst creating an exceptional experience for guests that leaves a longstanding impression.
Housekeeping Supervisor responsibilities to include;
6. Ensuring the standards of the rooms and public areas are maintained to a high level.
7. Ensuring all guest rooms are ready and checked for arrivals, with any special requests adhered to.
8. Training, coaching and delegation of tasks to housekeepers, linen porters and laundry attendants.
9. Liaising with the front office team to ensure that guests personal requests are noted and prepared for.
10. Ensuring all public areas are maintained and regularly checking standards are met.
11. Ensuring all stock levels are in good order, and work with supplier network for ordering.
12. Working with the housekeeping manager to organise shift patterns and rotas.
Working within an award winning Hotel, it is imperative that the successful candidate has a thorough understanding of all health and safety procedures, can work in a fast paced environment with an exceptional eye for detail. Previous experience within a housekeeping supervisor role from a similar setting would be essential, matched with exceptional customer service and providing exceptional guest experiences.
