As a Part-Time Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of our client's manufacturing department. You will be responsible for administrative duties with a focus on supply chain management. This is a 24-hour per week contract, offering flexibility in your work-life balance.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the manufacturing team, including data entry, document management, and filing
Assist with inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and coordinating deliveries
Collaborate with the procurement team to track and monitor the procurement process
Generate reports and analyse data to identify areas for improvement in the supply chain
Support the scheduling and coordination of meetings and travel arrangements
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
Requirements:
Previous experience in administration and supply chain management is preferred
Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
A valid driving licence
