Managing site managers and subcontractors, and leveraging your experience as a principal or main contractor. Your expertise in joinery and construction management will be essential to delivering exceptional results for our client.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
* Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation.
* Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
* Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations.
* Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reports.
* Facilitate communication between stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
* Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship.
* Prepare and present project updates to senior management and stakeholders.

* Proficiency in Joinery, Refurbishment and high end finishing.
