As one of our Team Managers, you’ll lead a team of Senior Social Workers and Social Workers in the delivery of our statutory and legislative duties, fostering a supportive and collaborative working environment, whilst promoting the welfare of vulnerable children and young people in Slough whilst effectively managing risk. You will need to be a Social Work England registered social worker with a professional social work qualification. And you will have substantial post-qualification experience in children and families social work, with a collaborative and supportive approach.
