Role: Deputy Manager
Location: St. Edith's Court, Leigh on Sea
Rate of pay: £33,000.00 per annum
Working hours: Monday to Friday - 09:00 - 16:30
We are looking for a Deputy Manager for St. Edith's Court. You will either have experience as a senior care assistant looking to upskill into a deputy role or already have experience as a deputy manager, showcasing your understanding of a care setting and the needs of older people.
This role will allow you to utilize your management skills to ensure a high level of quality care is delivered, using your knowledge in the safeguarding of vulnerable adults and conducting regular audits and inspections of the care home.
We seek someone committed to delivering exceptional, high-quality care, with strong attention to detail, and who is eager to be part of a friendly, supportive team.
We operate an on-call system which you would be required to participate in. The on-call rota is flexible and will be discussed at the interview. Arrangements will be made between yourself and the registered manager upon a successful offer of this post.

St. Edith's Court in Leigh On Sea is home to well-trained and helpful staff, with rooms for up to 39 residents.
