Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Maintenance Officer located in Lancashire, Greater Manchester, and Merseyside. The Maintenance Officer, working alongside the Repairs and Maintenance Manager, will be responsible for performing day-to-day maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring that all works are completed to a high standard. The officer will conduct both preventive and responsive maintenance and assist with the upkeep of tenants' homes. Effective communication with residents and staff will be essential in this role.
Qualifications
* Experience in maintenance & repair tasks
* Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently
* Relevant vocational/trade qualifications or certifications in maintenance-related fields
Salary & Benefits
25 days holiday, excluding bank holidays.
£28,000 per annum, 40 hours per week, including a 1-hour lunch break.
