About the role As an internal recruiter, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Nomia, ensuring the attraction, selection, and onboarding of top talent to support business growth and strategic objectives. As a key member of the HR team, you will play a vital role in ensuring Nomia attracts and retains the best talent while maintaining a seamless and positive candidate experience. This role will require a proactive and strategic approach to talent acquisition in a fast-growing, global organisation. Roles and Responsibilities: · Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and preparing candidates for roles across the business. · Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and deliver tailored hiring strategies that support business growth. · Build strong relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders, advising on best recruitment practices and workforce planning strategies. · Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process, from initial outreach to onboarding, maintaining high levels of professionalism and communication. · Manage international recruitment efforts, ensuring compliance with local hiring regulations and best practices. Experience hiring across the US, Middle East, and Europe would be an advantage. · Contribute to employer branding initiatives, promoting Nomia as an employer of choice and enhancing recruitment marketing strategies. · Track and report on key hiring metrics, using data-driven insights to continuously improve recruitment strategies and efficiency. · Continuously review and refine recruitment processes to ensure a streamlined and effective approach. · Champion inclusive hiring practices, ensuring recruitment strategies attract a diverse and equitable workforce. · Work closely with HR and hiring managers to align recruitment with workforce planning strategies and business needs. Person (Behaviours): · Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes in a global business environment. · Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to advise and influence hiring managers and senior leaders. · Ability to work autonomously and drive recruitment initiatives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. · Experience working in global markets, including the US, Middle East, and Europe, with knowledge of international hiring regulations. · Familiarity with HRIS (BambooHR preferred) and digital recruitment (ATS) tools. · Experience working in global procurement recruitment would be an advantage. Qualifications: · 5 years of experience in internal recruitment or talent acquisition role, managing multiple vacancies simultaneously. · A background in human resources or talent acquisition education is desirable. · Experience with LinkedIn, job boards, and other digital platforms for recruitment, including posting job adverts, managing company pages, and engaging with talent.
