Job description summary: Award-winning provider of travel service solutions, headquartered in Australia, seeks a home-based candidate in Aberdeen for a travel management operations role with SABRE GDS skills and experience in the reservation process.
Key responsibilities:
• Conduct business in an efficient and professional manner, adhering to company procedures and guidelines
• Work closely with the Team Manager to support business objectives
• Maintain attention to detail and quality standards
• Utilize extensive industry experience in all areas of the reservation process
• Possess sound, proven SABRE GDS skills with an excellent understanding of fares and ticketing
• Demonstrate ability to work independently and use own initiative to resolve problems and find a solution
• Possess highly organized skills with ability to plan, prioritize, and multi-task under pressure
Essential qualifications:
• Proven advanced industry experience in all areas of travel management operations
• Sound, proven SABRE skills with ability to manage multiple reservations and PCCs
• Excellent understanding of fares and ticketing ideally to BA1/2 level or equivalent
