The ROLE
You will be part of the Global Talent Acquisition team and will play a pivotal role in supporting our team in finding the best talent on the market and making sure that our recruitment process and candidate experience are second to none.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
1. Source, screen and occasionally interview candidates for more junior roles
2. Recruitment process coordination: interview scheduling, post-interview follow-up and candidate correspondence
3. Utilise a variety of sourcing strategies in order to identify suitable candidates for a variety of roles ranging from data consultants, technical and corporate roles
4. Reach out to potential candidates in order to present them with new job opportunities
5. Build a pipeline of future talent through market research and continuous networking
WHAT IT TAKES
1. Previous experience in recruiting administration or HR would be a plus
2. Interested in building a career in Talent Acquisition
3. Natural communicator and relationship builder
4. Inquisitive, likes to research and problem solve
5. Organised and able to work on multiple projects at any given time
