Registered Branch Manager – Domiciliary Care – Small Branch
Location: Enfield

Compass Associates are partnering with a local charity based in Enfield, providing homecare services to people within the area. Our client is looking to appoint a Registered Manager within their small branch, offering an exciting employee package and promises of development for both the branch and Registered Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
* To support, manage and develop staff at all levels within your area.
* To ensure that Operational and Quality Assurance KPI’s are consistently met.
* To actively promote the business and our reputation by maintaining positive relationships with clients and stakeholders through excellent customer service and positive communications.
* To actively contribute towards day-to-day budget management and promoting financial discipline through the operations.
* To ensure where relevant, other health care professionals, the client’s informal support network and family members have the opportunity to be involved in the client’s care to the degree they wish them to be;
* To ensure that any notifiable matters are sent to CQC within the appropriate timescale and managed as per company policy and the local safeguarding guidelines.
* To attend all meetings as per the business need. To ensure that all meetings are conducted professionally and that actions are clearly identified and monitored for completion.
* As a leader to be a role model in the compliance against all company policies and procedures.
* Any other duties that are commensurate with the role and seniority.
Requirements:
* QCF Level 4 or 5/RMA/Health & Social Care or prepared to undertake.
* Previous Leadership and Management experience in a similar environment.
* Demonstrate up to date knowledge of the care sector and the regulatory framework.
* Proven IT experience, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills at a range of levels.
