Owing to change, we have a superb opportunity for a commercial Senior Financial Analyst with strong European and FMCG or simliar experience to join our strong-performing finance function, working collaboratively with key stakeholders across the global finance function, and wider commercial teams. The aim of this role is to provide informative financial planning, commercial support, and analysis; to support strategic decision making by senior stakeholders, increase financial acumen and commercial awareness across the business, in an environment that is going through evolving change, at pace. Your Day to Day: Responsible for the analysis of Management Financial reporting including all Sales, Partner Program budgeting, initiative ROI, regular forecasting and KPI Reporting across the EMEA regions. Maintain and further improve an effective forecasting, planning, reporting and analysis capability that will provide senior leadership with appropriate analytical tools to establish goals and measure company performance Contribute to the further development of commercial finance support across the business, to include incentive analysis and Partner analytics; working with the business to disseminate best practice Lead on Product Pricing across all countries ROI & Gross Margin analysis on proposed promotion & follow up against expectations once completed. Develop a collaborative working relationship with the Business Intelligence Team and the Regional Directors to facilitate clear commercial return on investment on sales initiatives (price margin analysis, cost savings indices) Communicate on company consolidated financial and operational performance trends, historical and forecasted, using appropriate metrics. Suggest trends, resulting implications, key actions and strategic implications. Prepare presentations in support of board meetings, monthly/quarterly and senior leadership meetings Participate in financial modelling and due diligence efforts in respect of the company opening in new markets Provide commercial insight and analysis of results, identifying underlying trends and challenging the business on performance You Bring: C.5 years Finance Analyst experience within a high functioning consumer focused global (multi-cultural) environment. Product industry experience, and experience in working across multiple currencies is essential CIMA qualified (preferred) Highly capable in use of Microsoft Office software suite with particular emphasis on MS Excel and financial modelling Strong commercial agility, with demonstrated ability to work with senior management to ensure financial rigor and where required, challenge the status quo. Excellent communication, presentation, reporting and analysis ability. Fluency in 2nd European Language (German, Spanish or French) is advantageous.
