Eye4 Recruitment are working with a reputable client based in Bordon for a Bookkeeper, with a minimum of 3 years' experience to join our friendly team in Bordon. The role is diverse - you will manage several clients from different industries, and we require a good working knowledge of Xero.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Sales and Purchase Ledger
2. Bank and Credit card reconciliation
3. Submitting VAT & CIS returns
4. Credit Control
5. Managing supplier payments
6. Working with incomplete records
7. Posting Journals
8. Reconciling control accounts
9. Preparing management accounts
10. Preparing year end file for our accountants
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
1. Practice or multi-industry experience preferably
2. Experience using Xero Software
3. AAT Level 3 or higher (or equivalent)
