Whilst you don't need pallet repair experience. Previous use of power tools would be beneficial. Key Responsibilities: Use power tools and hand tools such as nail guns and saws to repair wooden pallets Moving pallets around the yard and sorting broken and repaired pallets Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines while maintain high-quality workmanship Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control Maintain a safe working environment This role is a very physically demanding role, if you have a background within yard work / labouring / construction industry this will be advantageous.
