IPS Group is working with a market-leading Insurance Company in Birmingham who are seeking an underwriter or insurance professional to join its well-established team. This opening is a great opportunity for someone wanting to take a step up as an Underwriter or move into underwriting.
The Role/Team:
In this role, you will be predominantly dealing with a varied caseload of commercial policies as well as financial lines such as PI & Cyber. You will be focusing on premiums that range in value from a few hundred pounds up to £5,000 as well as developing and building key broker relationships. The E-trade New Business team 7 professionals who all offer support in this rewarding but challenging role as you will be working together to achieve both the team's objectives and your own.

Required Skills/Experience:
We are looking to speak to individuals who have experience within a similar role with an insurer or from a broker. We will look at individuals who have personal lines or commercial that have experience in using Acturis however this is not essential.
