What You’ll Do:
* Service and Maintain Vehicles: Keep customer vehicles in peak condition with routine maintenance, diagnostics, and expert repairs.
* Diagnose Issues: Use the latest diagnostic equipment to accurately identify and address vehicle issues.
* Provide Stellar Customer Service: Communicate effectively with customers, explaining repairs and ensuring satisfaction with every service.
* Ongoing Training and Development: Stay ahead in the industry through continuous in-house and manufacturer-based training opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Technician: NVQ/City & Guilds certifications required.
* Licensed Driver: Hold a valid UK manual driving license with no more than 3 points.
* Customer-Focused: Friendly, professional, and committed to providing an excellent customer experience.
* Flexible and Adaptable: Willing to take on new responsibilities and thrive in a dynamic environment.
* Diagnostic Savvy: Confident using diagnostic tools to identify and solve issues.
* MOT Tester (preferred, but not essential)
