The consultancy has a team of recruitment consultants currently servicing businesses in and around the Yorkshire area, covering temporary, contract, and permanent work.Working as a key member of the team you will be responsible for the following:• Registering candidate details.• Answering the telephone as the first point of contact.• Taking accurate messages and ensuring they are passed on.• Completing applicant packs.• Sourcing candidates for roles.• Screening CVs.• Taking candidate references.• Compliance and ensuring all the correct checks have taken place.• Payroll including inputting timesheets and payroll information.• Dealing with queries from candidates.• Data inputtingA recruitment background is essential.
