Claims Case Manager - Salary circa £25.000 Are you someone who Has experience managing relationships with customers or suppliers? Can you confidently explain the reasoning behind decisions and have empathy with customers? If so, this exciting role could be for you A bit about the job: In this role, you will handle your own portfolio of claims, assess Group Critical Illness claims, and make decisions based on the evidence you have gathered. You will handle general telephone queries and manage and develop relationships with our customers, some of whom may be vulnerable. You will confidently deliver decisions to customers, explaining your reasons and discussing in-depth medical information, even when the outcome is negative. Additionally, you will collaborate with your team to simplify the claims journey and ensure the best outcomes. You will analyse and interpret numerical data, communicate effectively at all levels, both written and verbal, and utilise expert support as needed to manage claims effectively. Skills and experience we're looking for: Passionate about delivering brilliant customer service by taking pride in producing a high standard of work and putting the customer first Able to create and maintain relationships with customers or suppliers. Excellent telephony skills and confidence in explaining decisions and communicating with customers. Strong analytical skills to evaluate evidence and interpret relevant points. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with strong planning, and organisational/time management skills. The first 6 months will be 100% office-based, to ensure you have the best start to your role with the training provided. Please note, this may vary and could be extended.
