We are working with Blackpool and The Fylde College on this exclusive vacancy for a PA / Executive Assistant. This role is full time permanent and if you're applying you will be someone used to a fast-paced environment with lots of quick decision making and use of initiative. You don't necessarily have to have had experience as a PA, but you must be confident and bright to succeed in this role. You will be supporting the Chief Operations Officer, maximising their productive time and enabling them to add value to the business. You must be a problem solver above all else and you must be able to prioritise workloads effectively. You will be calm under pressure, highly organised with an ability to meet tight deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy and strict attention to detail. Ideally you've worked in a PA role before, but if you have a track record of intelligent problem solving then please do apply. We are looking for a minimum education level of a level 4 qualification and a minimum grade C in maths and English. Additionally you must be a quick typist and have excellent professional English.
