We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEND Learning Support Assistant to join a special educational needs school in Loughton.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-to-one and group support to students with special educational needs.
* Assist teachers in implementing individual education plans (IEPs) and personalised learning strategies.
* Support students in managing their social, emotional, and academic development.
* Create and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
* Help manage classroom behaviour, promoting positive interactions among students.
* Work collaboratively with the teaching staff to monitor student progress and provide feedback.
* Support students with their daily routines, including personal care where required.
Qualifications and Experience:
* No prior experience required, though experience in a similar role is a plus.
* A passion for working with children with special educational needs.
* Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards helping students succeed.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of the students.
