We are seeking an industry experienced Regional Director to lead our Central region operations teams and drive the execution of our business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a background in building management systems and leadership experience, and a proven track record of implementing and managing successful delivery for customers.
Key responsibilities will include: Preparation and execution against long-term plans for the business area Responsibility for profit and loss in the business area Ensure team engagement, retention and productivity through communication and involvement Report, monitor and follow up on financial and other KPI's to meet set targets Maintain and develop customer relations in the area to increase market share The successful applicant will be an accomplished operations professional with the strategic insight and technical expertise to drive the operational changes of the business.
