Job Details
* Contributing to, with the potential of leading, the effective delivery of management reporting within a high performing team environment
* Work collaboratively with the wider Finance team, to ensure that management reporting and monthly postings are accurate, automated (where possible) and timely
* Deliver monthly board report by liaising with the business creating accurate and value adding narrative of how the business is performing and what opportunities / challenges are present
* Develop and report on group wide KPI's, building a strong understanding of these to be able to challenge the business on delivery
* Establish group wide commercial analysis to deliver insights to both Exec and Board level
* Work with Finance Graduates during their FP&A rotation to understand the business; support the development of required skills and ensuring thorough review of outputs prepared by junior members of the team
* Question and challenge peers and managers where processes and procedures do not meet expectations, comfortable to challenge key stakeholders where required
Skills we would love you to have
* ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualified
* Strong experience in management/statutory reporting roles or financial analysis roles
* Excellent analytical skills, and the ability to get into the details, while also seeing and understanding the big picture
* Solution oriented and able to manage multiple priorities and demonstrated the ability to meet tight deadlines
* Strong stakeholder management skills with an analytical mindset and a keen interest in problem-solving
