A typical day in the life of a Membership Advisor:
* Promote and sell memberships through tours, presentations and follow-ups with prospective members
* Conduct engaging and informative tours of the club, highlighting key features and benefits
* Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
* Provide a welcoming and informative experience for all potential and new members
* Handle inquiries, appointments and follow-up calls in a professional and timely manner
* Manage the membership sign-up process, including completing contracts, entering data into the membership system and processing payments
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date membership records and ensure confidentiality of member information
* Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing reports and tracking sales metrics
* Collaborate with the fitness and customer service teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new members
* Participate in member retention activities, such as welcome calls and satisfaction surveys, to enhance member engagement and loyalty
* Promote club programs, services and events to current and prospective members
* Attend weekly video hangouts to discuss KPI performance in absence of a Sales Manager

* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
It would be desirable if you had previous experience in a sales, customer service or fitness environment along with strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving targets. It would be advantageous if you had a degree or qualification in sales, marketing or a related field.
